Junior ServiceNow Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team at Man Group. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your ServiceNow expertise while contributing to the optimization and enhancement of our IT Service Management platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
