Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and software
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner
- Basic experience with service desk- and remote tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
- English, Dutch and French are required
