Lean Tech is seeking a Junior to Junior+ Service Desk Analyst to provide support for drivers and troubleshoot various technical issues related to devices and platforms. The role involves collecting information, escalating issues, and providing Tier 1 support, documenting tickets, and processing requests through self-service portals. Requirements

  • Provide Tier 1 technical phone support.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Edge Connect, CVDs, Drive Werner Pro, Workflows/Jobs, Login Issues, Password Resets, and driver-related tasks.
  • Record, update, and document tickets using ServiceNow.
  • Process/fulfill requests submitted through the self-service portal.
  • Provide application support for Mastermind, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Flexibility to work any schedule, rotating shifts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
