KDNI - Manager - Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager – Operations to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is critical in ensuring operational rigor across HR, Finance, and Business functions, requiring strong coordination skills, hands-on execution, and high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in MNC or services industry and proficiency in MS Office.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field with preference towards Finance / Business Administration
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in MNC or services industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems
• Excellent execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Work Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
