This Executive-KDNI Consultant role focuses on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including implementation only, and a strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies. The role requires collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation projects
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows)
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
