Requirements
- Update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for new employees.
- Manage Demand pipeine and Supply from various internal/external channels.
- Support resource management queries through skill searches on the tool & stakeholder connect.
- Handle KDN related reporting and co-ordination with various stakeholders.
- Set up templates and reporting in Servicenow platform.
- Support client service delivery and analyze variance.
