Kinaxis-Techno Functional Consultant - Supply Planning

We are looking for a Kinaxis-Techno Functional Consultant - Supply Planning to work with us. The role involves configuring and authorizing Kinaxis Workbooks, implementing automation chains, and interacting with customers for requirement gathering.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise on configuring & authoring Kinaxis Workbooks, Worksheets, Scorecards, Dashboards and Analytics, Custom Alerts & Management
• Experience in implementing, monitoring and issue resolution on Kinaxis Automation chains, tasks, data errors and integration
• Involved in interaction with customers for requirement gathering, understanding business process, worked closely with stakeholders across cross-functional teams for gathering, documenting and analyzing Business Requirements
• Analyzing existing tables/worksheets/datasets and optimizing the data that is being pushed into and out of Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Working as admin, effectively solved the group membership access to the Business users and works with RR support in case of high-level ones
• Monitoring day-to-day system uptime, performance, and log files
• Working on ServiceNow incidents and bugs in Jira along with Improvements
