The KM Lead Analyst will serve as a strategic enabler and partner for service lines, providing guidance, support, and oversight to enhance their knowledge management capabilities. They will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for knowledge management, guide service lines in establishing effective knowledge management practices, and communicate quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or service management
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement tools, particularly MS Office suite
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management systems (ServiceNow Knowledge, SharePoint) and KCS methodologies
  • Experience with GenAI applications in knowledge management and service management frameworks

Requirements Summary

5+ years of experience in knowledge management or service management, advanced knowledge of data analytics and MS Office suite, strong understanding of knowledge management systems and KCS methodologies
