Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT
- Industry Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA)
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to operate effectively within a team environment
- Customer service focus and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Service Now or FreshService ticketing system
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, 365 and Azure platform
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, ideally in Spanish or German, in written and verbal form
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Windows server and workstation environments
- Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMWare or similar)
- Experience with Networking Technologies (Cisco, Meraki or similar)
- Experience with Enterprise Software Systems (ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience with Collaboration Hardware and Software Systems (Crestron, Poly)
- Familiarity with OT/PCS systems (PLC hardware)
