The role involves contributing to content creation, coordination of translation requests, and maintaining a clear and consistent repository of knowledge. It will also involve assisting in knowledge base system maintenance and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Excellent writing and research skills
  • Experience using Knowledge Management tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ticketing system)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate
  • Strong attention to detail
