RBA is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join their team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role involves developing and implementing governance strategies for IT knowledge management within ServiceNow. The successful candidate will have a passion for knowledge governance and a deep understanding of ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience within the project management lifecycle is advantageous.
