Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes to capture, store, and utilize the organization's intellectual assets, drive strategic knowledge initiatives, and establish governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information science, Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a background in business analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing intranet content.
- Expertise in ServiceNow, Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology, knowledge reporting and analytics, knowledge feedback and project management, training curriculum development, metadata and SEO best practices, and experience integrating knowledge systems with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Familiarity with automation, bot testing, and quality assurance processes.
