We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience to maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering
  • CI/CD Experience with GitHub Actions
  • On-call Support experience in managing and resolving incidents
  • AWS Cloud expertise
  • Certificate Management skills
  • Observability Tools experience
  • Proficiency in at least one automation tool or scripting language
  • ServiceNow Knowledge
  • Agile/Kanban Methodologies
  • MuleSoft experience
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment
  • SQL skills
  • Postman for API testing and validation
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical domain
