Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in IT Service Management/ServiceNow and 3+ years in ServiceNow application development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (CMDB, HR, Service Portal, Asset Management,HAM, SAM, IRM, TPRM, ESG, JavaScript & API integrations)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA and Application Developer)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
