ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer to join their US Public Sector team. The engineer will operate and maintain global cloud network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to operational improvements in a collaborative, automated environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure engineering, or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with load balancers, routing/switching, and security devices.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and services.
• Experience managing hybrid and public cloud environments.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
