Transformation Consultant for Finance & Supply Chain Solutions

ServiceNow is seeking a Transformation Consultant to advise Fortune 500 companies on their digital transformation journey. This role focuses on implementing ServiceNow’s Finance & Supply Chain solutions and building relationships with clients, acting as a ServiceNow expert within the client’s organization. The consultant will be laser-focused on customer outcomes, leveraging deep product expertise, and acting as a connective tissue between different teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management consulting experience
• 8+ years of experience with related solutions (SAP ECC, JD Edwards, Coupa, or Oracle)
• High experience with ServiceNow or similar digitalization platforms
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Source to Pay (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Accounts Payable Operations (APO), and Legal Service Delivery
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
