The Lead Administrator - L1 role is responsible for providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc. according to various system requirements.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow - IT Service Management
- Knowledge of architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to strategize & implement disaster recovery plans and create and implement backup and recovery plans
