Job description
We are seeking a Lead Administrator to support our core FSO platform functionality, extend its capability via feature implementations, and contribute to ServiceNow software releases. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, a Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA) certification, and experience in the financial domain. The Lead Administrator will be responsible for architecture planning, migration, and installation for new projects, leading the structural design of the platform, and managing day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
- Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA)
- 5+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations preferably in financial domain
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM/FSO
