Lead Administrator - L1

The Lead Administrator - L1 will provide technical expertise in architecture planning and design, manage day-to-day operations, and lead team management. Responsibilities include providing support in architecture planning, migration, and installation, leading structural/architectural design, conducting technology capacity planning, and strategizing disaster recovery plans. The role also involves managing team operations, planning and managing upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration functions, and developing shift rosters for the team. Additionally, the role requires providing weekly status reports to client leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
