Lead Administrator - L1

The Lead Administrator - L1 role involves providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design, managing day-to-day operations, and leading structural/ architectural design of a platform/middleware/database/back up etc. The role also involves team management, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction and engagement, and delivering results.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow DevOps Deployment
• Strong technical expertise in architecture planning and design
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup and recovery plans
• Experience with technology capacity planning and knowledge management
