Provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation.
- Proficient with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server configurations.
- Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules relevant to integrations.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with external systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize JavaScript/GlideScript in the ServiceNow environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
