We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Label Printing and Marking (LPM) team. This role supports enterprise-wide labeling and marking systems, ensuring operational continuity, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and foundational knowledge of system and solution design.

Requirements

  • Partners with business users on requirements, processes & systems.
  • Participates in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes.
  • Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Server environments, including analysis of system and application logs.
  • Configure and manage TCP/IP-based network printers, including driver deployment and print queue management.
  • Support and maintain enterprise labeling systems, including Teklynx Central, CODESOFT, SENTINEL, Loftware LPS, and Loftware Cloud.
  • Analyze and resolve application-level issues using log data, user feedback, and collaboration with development or vendor teams.
  • Operate within ITSM frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user/group management and understand Group Policy basics.
  • Perform basic SQL queries and interpret database structures.
  • Document and maintain internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts.

Requirements Summary
