Lead Business Analyst

The Bank is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst with an ITSM focus to assist in identifying 'Big Rocks' within IT production stability initiatives. The role involves identifying areas of opportunity and generating reports to support process/tooling enhancements. The position will require collaboration with business and IT groups and a proficiency in ServiceNow, PowerBI, and MS Office.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3-5 years of Incident Management experience
• 3-5 years of Problem Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio
• Ability to create ad-hoc ServiceNow reports
