The Bank is looking for a highly driven Senior Business Analyst with an ITSM incident management/problem management background to identify 'The Big Rocks' and improve IT production stability. The role will involve data mining, report creation, and problem-solving to drive process/tooling enhancements. This is a 1-year contract position with potential extension.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 3-5 years of Incident Management experience
- 3-5 years of Problem Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with Microsoft Visio
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to create ad-hoc ServiceNow reports
- Building/maintaining relationships with stakeholders
