We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage a team of Business Analysts in a dynamic Agile environment to develop a portfolio of software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models, and will be able to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Active Secret DoD Clearance, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience leading a team of Business Analyst on interative software development projects
  • Experience developing process guides
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset
