Lead-Business Analytics Process & Governance job description: This role is for a sub-function within the commercial team which applies machine learning and AI methods to solve fundamental problems in Business Intelligence domain to accelerate the transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field
• 6 to 8+ years’ work experience in outsourcing management, process improvement, and contract management
• Extensive experience of working with outsourced vendors, managing outsourced operations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Proven experience in service governance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow to check tickets and create reports
