We are looking for a proactive and collaborative ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Engineer to join our IT Service Management team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and ITIL processes.
- Experience with network protocols (SNMP, SSH, WMI), MID Server deployment, and credential management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, regex, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
