The Lead, Hardware Asset Management will play a critical role in the Asset and Operations team, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle management of physical IT assets using the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module. This position requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow HAM, asset lifecycle processes, and ITAM best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on hardware lifecycle management.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM), including configuration and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of ITAM best practices, asset lifecycle processes, and inventory control.
- Experience with asset audits, compliance reporting, and vendor contract management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
