Lead IT Analyst

We're looking for a Lead IT Analyst to join our team at Allegion, where you'll help keep people safe and secure where they live, work, and visit. As a Lead IT Analyst, you'll develop and implement CMS and CMDB data management processes, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide reports to management and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge on ITIL v3 / v4 processes, & ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera, Snow, SLM, SCCM, Intune.
• Min 8-10 years of experience in SACM & CSDM
• Good to have – Solid understanding of ServiceNow MID server configuration and strong knowledge of data source integrations with ServiceNow
• Good to have – Strong understanding of CMDB life cycle management in the ServiceNow environment.
