The Lead IT Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing processes for CMS and CMDB data management, as well as providing data analysis and reporting, process improvement, and audit and compliance. The role will also involve training and communication, data standardization, discovery, integrations, and access guardrails.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge on ITIL v3 / v4 processes
  • Good to have – Solid understanding of ServiceNow MID server configuration and strong knowledge of data source integrations with ServiceNow
  • Good to have – Strong understanding of CMDB life cycle management in the ServiceNow environment
  • Min 8-10 years of experience in SACM & CSDM
  • Process Oriented
