The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, develop ServiceNow solutions, and lead virtual teams to support our esteemed clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client management
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
