Lead ServiceNow Configuration Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Service Asset and Configuration Management processes and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves end-to-end process for service asset and configuration management solutions, working closely with internal technology, cyber security and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 4 years of experience in service asset and configuration management and CMDB architecture
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management best practices, and compliance
