Requirements
- 7-8 years' experience in software development in ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience working on ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management), ITOM, ITSM
- Demonstrated ability to advise customers on the proper use of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
