Lead Solution Architect

The role focuses on architecture and adoption strategy, bridging pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure successful solutions delivery and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge to tailor solutions and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales engineering roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite, on technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Industry-specific experience in verticals such as TMT, Banking, Retail, Transportation, Energy, and/or Health Insurance.
