The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements across IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, and other modules. This role involves technical leadership, architectural guidance, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities, along with leading teams and ensuring data consistency.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and CMDB
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
