Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in endpoint support and enterprise IT environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS endpoint support
- Proven expertise in endpoint management tools: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and ManageEngine
- Strong experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation using tools like Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and ManageEngine
- Working knowledge of BitLocker encryption and DUO multi-factor authentication
- Experience with Adobe Admin Console for license management and renewals
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for asset management, reporting, and ITSM workflows
