The Lead Systems Administrator will be responsible for the lifecycle management of critical business applications that support Ansys operations, working closely with stakeholders to gather and configure requirements, implement updates, and ensure applications remain secure, compliant, and functional.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in application management, systems administration, or a related IT role
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, JIRA, GitHub, or similar tools
- Familiarity with security and identity management tools like Cyberark, Sailpoint, DUO, or Microsoft Certificate Authority
- Experience with patch management systems (e.g., WSUS / PatchMyPC) and endpoint management tools (e.g., Tanium)
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools like Tenable Security Center
- Ability to write and maintain scripts for automation (PowerShell or Python preferred)
- Active TS/SCI Security clearance (or the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance)
