The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Technical Architect to join the Lean IT Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, IT4IT, ITIL, and related frameworks, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with IT systems architecture and the IT4IT framework
  • 5+ years of experience leading successful Lean and process improvement initiatives across an IT organization
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture with a focus on IT4IT, IT service management, and/or enterprise architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, and/or Gitlab
  • 5+ years of experience with IT4IT, ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and/or other relevant frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT transformation projects
  • 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
