Leader Transformation de la fonction SI – CIO Advisory - F/H

We are seeking a Leader Transformation of the SI Function to contribute to the major transformations of companies and public actors by combining technological innovation and business expertise. The role involves leading missions of consultation and organization with DSI teams, structuring and accompanying the implementation of the transformation on 4 axes: processes, tooling of these processes, organization, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a major engineering or business school
• 7-15 years of experience related to the transformation of DSI functioning modes
• Significant experience in consulting
• Professional English
• Certification related to one or more methodological frameworks surrounding organizations and their processes (ITIL, Agility at team and scale, Lean, BPMN...)
• Knowledge of market solutions (ServiceNow, Jira, Power Platform, etc.)
