Learning Deployment Specialist

As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in bringing learning content to life for EY professionals, helping them continuously learn and develop, and contributing to EY's purpose of building a better working world.

Requirements

• End-to-end deployment of Global learning courses
• Source venues and vendors, take care of end-to-end logistics, organize course materials, branding, collateral
• Set up learning program Sharepoint, registration site, mobile App
• Support Global deployment projects and activities
• Run learning consumption reports for multiple courses and curriculum
• Support EY Regions in their deployment with deployment guidance
• Monitor consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curriculum, provide recommendations for improvement
• Support and develop more junior Learning Deployment Specialists in a Virtual Talent Hub
