Project Coordinator will help ensure that ATM Deployment projects are completed on time and on budget. The main responsibilities include creating and maintaining a realistic timeline, ensuring the project is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma or relevant industry experience
- 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNow
