Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in a learning & development or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platform)
- Fluency in English
