The Learning Enablement Partner plays a critical role as a trusted partner and key point of contact to sales leaders, managers, and sellers for learning and developing key sales skills and competencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in advancing selling skillsets in the field, executing sales enablement programs, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams through outcome-based enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a Master's degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to build and grow trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience reading and interpreting sales performance metrics for strengths and gaps
  • Demonstrated leadership, influence, and active listening across lines of business
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges with learning solutions
  • Courageous, empathetic and articulate communicator
  • Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to determine learning methods and procedures
  • Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
  • Proven networking skills with stakeholders
