Legal Counsel

ServiceNow is seeking a motivated and ambitious attorney to join its legal team. The role involves advising on data protection and privacy issues, AI matters, and providing legal support to ServiceNow's product and engineering teams. This is a key part of the expanding Legal team focused on strategic goals and global data and technology issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of relevant technology law experience
• Experience in privacy, data protection, and technology related matters
• Knowledge of AI legal and governance requirements
• Experience in product counselling, IP, licensing and technology transaction matters
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess risk and provide concise legal advice
• A demonstrated practical, real world, collaborative approach to problem solving
• Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement
