ServiceNow is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Commercial Legal team. The role involves negotiating complex customer agreements, supporting business units, advising internal customers, and maintaining legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal aspects of information technology and excellent communication skills. ServiceNow operates as a global market leader, connecting people, systems, and processes to empower organizations in a cloud-based platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions
- Experience with sales contracts involving elements like AI, cloud / hyperscalers, and/or EBA/DORA is a plus
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Desire for close collaboration with sales and support
- Fluent in English and preferably French and other major languages
- Degree in Law from an EMEA jurisdiction in France
