ServiceNow is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial Legal to review and negotiate complex customer sales agreements for SaaS and software licensing transactions. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams, ensuring legal compliance, and potentially providing legal guidance to internal customers. This position requires a proactive approach to issue resolution and a strong understanding of technology and transactions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of in-house commercial contracting experience
- Experience with sales contracts involving elements like AI, cloud/hyperscalers, and/or EBA/DORA
- Interest in legal aspects of information technology, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology advancements
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Desire for close collaboration
- Desire for a work persona (e.g., remote, hybrid) based on location and work arrangement
