Legal Counsel, Commercial Legal

ServiceNow is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Commercial Legal team. The role involves contract review and negotiation, collaborating with various departments, and providing legal counsel to internal customers. This position requires a strong understanding of information technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions
• Interest in legal aspects of information technology, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology advancements
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities
• Strong business acumen and business judgment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire for close collaboration with sales and sales support
• Excellent drafting and legal technical skills
• A learning mindset
• Fluent in English and preferably in French and/or other major language(s) used in EMEA
• Law Degree from any major jurisdiction in EMEA
