Version 1 is seeking a full-time Onsite Support Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support at their global customer sites. The role involves resolving IT-related issues, ensuring a reliable IT environment, and maintaining excellent customer service. This position is based in Dublin and requires rotating support, with occasional remote work and working from home.

Requirements

  • Serve as first point of contact for technical support.
  • Log and manage incidents, service requests, and queries in ServiceNow or Customer systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, software, audio, visual, and network).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.

Requirements Summary

2-5 years of experience in desk side support. Strong customer service skills, and understanding of IT infrastructure. Experience with ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL v4 preferred
