Legal Counsel, Global Employment Law

ServiceNow is seeking a motivated and experienced US employment attorney to join their Global Employment Law team. The role involves supporting the company's growth by representing the company in all stages of US employment litigation, overseeing legal investigations, providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, and building a culture of high performance. This is an important opportunity to contribute to a legal team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic

• Law degree with strong academic credentials
• Current membership in a US state bar
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience practicing employment law at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department
• High tech experience
• Deep employment litigation experience
• Collective and class action experience a plus
• Trial experience a plus
