The Legal Document Processing Specialist provides advanced document processing services and general support, creating a variety of documents and materials using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and other firm supported software.
Requirements
- Using word processing software and other technical applications to input, edit, format and spell-check documents.
- Assisting with more difficult and complex production assignments.
- Training and mentoring of document production specialists.
- Performing scanning, clean-up and formatting of images for more advanced level projects; proofreading.
- Responding to inquiries regarding status of projects; answering routine and complex questions regarding basic applications and department procedures.
- Assisting the IT department in answering routine and complex document processing questions as received through the help desk.
