Join our MMST ITSM Platform team as an ITSM Engineer, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool – Ivanti Neurons. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our ITSM platform meets the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC Remedy)
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices (ITIL)
• Experience with system integration, configuration, and support
• High proficiency in office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with HTML, XML, and web services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent written and spoken English
