The company is seeking a Senior ISeries/IBM DM + SN Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Bogotá. The role involves developing, managing, and coordinating operational and technology initiatives, including supporting SOX and compliance audits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident response, change management, and user support within a large, global organization.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Technology Operations
- BS Engineering, Computer Science or BA Management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and tools such as ServiceNow
- Experience collaborating with large multi-cultural teams
- Good organizational, operational planning and business skills
- Experience in customer-focused service provision and influencing organizational change
- Experience with establishing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of groups, individuals, and organizations
Requirements Summary
5-7 years in tech ops, BS in related field, and experience working independently or with teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ServiceNow is required
